This is a great open space for exercise, movement or dance. It can also be set up for presentations seating up to 30 or several tables to accommodate hands-on workshops. Suitable for business meetings and small gatherings, this room also makes an excellent addition to the airbnb rental for larger groups and functions such as family reunions, baby showers, alumni gatherings, retreats, etc.
In addition to the over 600 square feet of space, there is a conveniently located restroom off the main room as well as a kitchen with gas stove, sink and counters. The kitchen is stocked with small appliances, dishes and pans. There is a large refrigerator in the main room for storing food and drinks with mugs, glasses, an electric tea pot and a variety of tea within easy reach.
If renting for 24 hrs., there is a double futon for overnight guests as well as a couch and recliner. There can be a total of 8 overnight guests but they must bring their own air mattresses and bedding, sheets and towels. There is no shower but if also renting the house, there are two full bathrooms inside.
